Definition of Premix feed
Premix feed is the brief name of Additive premixed feed. It is proportioned with one kind or various kinds of micro elements, include all kinds of micro mineral element, vitamins, Synthetic amino acid, some medicine and some other additives, etc. with carriers, and then evenly mixed to be made into intermediate type feed products. Premix feed is the important part of complete formula feed.
Raw material
The raw materials are mainly vitamins, minerals, and medicines. The content is small, variety, mainly is powder type.
Brief introduction for the process
1. The carrier and the micro element are separated to be weighed automatically by computer. One unit of single shaft mixer, one unit of automatic bagging machine specially for premix feed.
2. The automatic premix feed plant is compact design, reasonable structure, suitable to environmental requirement, which can be customized specially by customers demands.

Material Cleaning Sieving and Accepting Process
By receiving materials, our plant use granule cleaner and flour cleaner to clean the dust and other debris, then magnetic cylinder clean the irons and metal in the materials. After cleaned, materials be sent to next process.
Feed Material Auto Batching and Mixing Process
Batching process and mixing machine are made of Stainless Steel.
Dosing/Batching designs formulations according to the nutritional needs of different animals, using specific device to accurately weigh the various ingredients. Mixing is an operation in which various feed ingredients are metered and blended under external forces to form a uniform distribution. This process adopts two batching scale and a number of batching bins, of which the micro ingredients are manually added equipped with check weigher. After batching of material ingredients is completed, then enter into the mixer for mixing, and finally the material is output through the conveyor and elevator.
Weigh equipment:batching scale, batching accuracy≤3‰.
Mixing equipment:mixer SHSJ2, 18.5KW, 1000kg per batch, capacity 10T/H.
