This type of motor adopts box type structure. The frame is made of steel plate welded box structure, which is light in weight and good in rigidity.
YRKS large high-voltage slip ring motor motor stator adopts slide-in external press-fit structure, stator winding resistance adopts F-class insulation material, and the end has reliable fixing and bundling. After many times of inter-turn pulse voltage test in the manufacturing process and The ground pressure test is carried out by vacuum pressure impregnation solventless paint process (VPI). Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is excellent and reliable, the mechanical strength is good, and the moisture resistance is strong.
