Food Grade Natural Pigment Grape Skin Extract
Dark red-purple powder, easily soluble in water, insoluble in grease. Aqueous solution is purplish red, hue changes with different pH, purplish red under acidic conditions, dark blue under alkaline conditions; good light and heat stability under acidic (pH<4) conditions, poor stability under alkaline conditions. Vitamin C is extremely unstable to pigments.
Grape skin red is extracted and refined by water or edible ethanol with grape skin or grape juice dregs as the main raw material. Its main coloring component is anthocyanin.
