Description of This Part

Material:
SUS304, no abnormality in 72-hour salt mist test
 
Workpiece Requirements:
   The machining accuracy of this workpiece is generally required, but the material belongs to the difficult-to-machining series
 
Machining Characteristics:
1. Lathe finish turning, work out the outer cylinders and inner holes, and ensure that the roundness is within 0.02mm and the concentricity of two circles is within 0.02.
2. CNC 3-axis machining on the inner holes and projections, and deburring.
3. Plane positions and groove positions around the cylinder are processed by CNC 4-axis machining.
 4. Stainless steel material belongs to the series of difficult-to-machining materials, and its large machining deformation and cutting difficulty need to be overcome.
 
Surface Treatment
   Spray 200# fine sand to meet the requirements of environmental protection
 
Inspection:
The places where accuracy is required meet the requirements of drawing, and the cylindricity and concentracity are within 0.02mm, and it is tested with CMM, and finished product reports from CMM are generated.
