The SF-1 Type Crawler Cap Press is a reliable and easy-to-use automatic cap pressing equipment developed by our company. It is designed for medium-sized producers in the alcohol, beverage, and brewing industries and can be integrated into a complete packaging production line with filling machines, inspection machines, labeling machines, and conveyors.

Working Principle:

The equipment synchronizes the movement of the cap pressing chain plate and the bottles on the conveyor through a stepless variable speed motor, gradually pressing the bottle caps until they are tightly sealed.

Installation and Adjustment:

1. Ensure the leveling and vertical deviation of the equipment by adjusting the foot bolts during installation.
2. Adjust the height of the nuts on the two screw rods to achieve the desired cap pressing height while maintaining the slope of the cap pressing plate.
3. Use the variable speed adjuster on the motor to adjust the cap pressing speed.
