What Is Electric Linear Actuator

Converting rotary motion into grease-free linear motion is easier and more efficient with linear actuators. Our motor-driven and lead screw driven systems are designed with our highly engineered self-lubricating bearing and do not require any external lubricants. linear actuators are also lightweight, dust-proof, water-resistant, maintenance-free.

Our lead screw driven linear actuators are ideal for low-cycle positioning applications and are well-suited for moving heavy loads up to 8000N.
We offer various lead screw linear actuator, as well as controller systems.

Our linear actuator systems are suitable for working in the harsh environment applications; for example, the lowest temperature is -40ºC. 
Other options include customize stroke lengths and attachments .

Self locking ability

1. To ensure maximum self-locking ability, please be sure that the motor is shorted when stopped. Actuators with integrated controller provide this feature, as long as the actuator is powered. 
2. When using soft stop on a DC-motor, a short peak of higher voltage will be sent back towards the power supply. It is important when selecting the power supply that it does not turn off the output, when this backwards load dump occurs.
