The VER Food Solutions vacuum filler is a specialized machine utilized in the food industry for filling, segmenting, and twisting sausages. With the installation of a twisting mechanism, it can also fill table roasted, sausage, and natural casing products. This machine is constructed with a frame, filling servo control system, twisting servo control system, vacuum control system, meat pump, electrical box, hopper, and other components. The filling process involves the use of a vane pump, which pushes the material out of the filling tube through vane rotation in a vacuum state, allowing for precise control of the filling quantity.

The pump set is composed of high resistance steel vanes that enable accurate and consistent portioning of sausages, resulting in air-free products with no backflow. The vacuum state during the filling process effectively prevents fat oxidation, protein hydrolysis, and bacterial survival, ensuring the product has a long shelf life, vibrant color, and pure taste. The machine is designed with high-quality stainless steel for an attractive appearance, compact structure, waterproofing, and ease of cleaning.
