Application Of APS-5
After mixing APS-5 with alkaline phosphatase (ALP), the alkaline phosphatase phosphate radical is hydrolyzed, and the substrate immediately undergoes a decomposition reaction to release photons. Within a specific concentration range of alkaline phosphatase, the number of photons released is proportional to the concentration of alkaline phosphatase in the solution. Therefore, it can be used for quantitative detection of alkaline phosphatase and the production of (magnetic particle) chemiluminescence antibody detection kits.
