1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 100pcs per item. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly. Hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our prodcts and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FedEx,UPS,TNT or DHL.If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to Alibaba or Paypal,we will ship with our account.It takes about 2-7days to reach.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-3days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7days,subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen,etc.Anyway,we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10-15 days for MOQ.We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, PSD, AI, CDR or PDF,etc.
6.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone, so you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend.

7.Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
Yes, we have rich experience in offering OEM/ODM service. Including label, packaging etc.
8.Can I make mixed order?
Yes, we have various color & size,mixed order is accepted.
9.How long is the sample lead time?
Usually 7-10 days for sampling to EU, AU or USA. It depends on the logistic company.
10.Can the price be cheaper?
It's negotiable. the price depends on your demand (shape, size, quantity). Usually, you can get better price provided large orders.Please contact us.
11.Why do you charge sample fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay labour costs. Once you pay the sample fee, it means that we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say "ok, it is perfect".
12.How do you control the quality?
Our factory has 10 years experiences in pet products industry. We have experienced quality control team to check the finish products one by one, make sure the quality is good.
