Introduction:
Machine is for washing 3-25mm thickness glass
1. With stainless steel water tank and high pressure spray when in-feed, the rubber roller can wash automatically and improve the washing performance.
2. With 3 section washing structure, the brushes transmit by single chain of the up and down motor.
3. The water tank has automatic water in and out systems.
4.With three washing area,three pairs high quality brushers,two pairs air hot knife(one pair is vertical,one pair tilting structure for better drying)
5. Transmission adopts frequent converter, digital display and convenient operation.
6.Automatic thickness adjusting by motor operation
7. Conic moving gears are made from a special steel alloy
8. The water tank with a heater, Filtered fan for dust-free air expulsion, Air knife supply air powerfully.
9. Using two professionally designed air knives with strong wind force and better impact.
10. washing glass thickness from 3~25mm, adopted auto-cleaning and a hot air drying system.
11. Suitable for coating film, LOW-E Glass mirror clean and washing before toughened/tempered glass.
