How to make fried peanuts/beans?

1.Put raw material into food washing blanching machine, where water is heated by equipping steam generator or boiler, it is useful for peeling processing.

2.After about 5-10 minutes, the peanut/beans are took out, and poured into peeler machine for removing red skin, and the finished product is intact or half.

3.The peanuts/beans are conveyed to frying machine by hoister.

4.The temperature of frying machine keeps 160-180 degrees, after 5-10 minutes, the raw materials are transported out by mesh belt to deoiling machine.

5.The deoiling machine has two barrels, when one is working(deoiling), another is loading raw materials, it greatly saves the working time.

6.The peanuts/beans had been deoiled is conveyed to cooling machine, under the effect of wind, raw materials can be cooled quickly.

7.Next, by using conveyor belt, peanuts/beans are poured into seasoning machine, which can be equipped seasoning conveyor system.The seasonings (oil, salt, chili powder etc) are mixed, and conveyed by pipe to seasoning machine, achieve full automatic production.

8.Finally, we can choose vacuum packing machine or granule packing machine according the need.
