We have many kinds of high-precision manufacturing and inspection equipment: Special numerical-control pipe thread lathes, large milling machines, deep-hole boring machine drillings, friction welding, heat treatment production line with medium frequency as well as variety of thread gauges, single measuring instruments, thickness gauges, hardness testers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, ballistic work testing machines, universal testing machines with microcomputer displaying hydraulic pressure, and so on.
With sophisticated production equipment, strict inspecting ways and strong technology, we have mastered the key technique in nationalizing petroleum drilling tools. API standard is implemented strictly throughout the whole process of production. Our company has already won the Certification of Quality System ISO9001: 2000 and has obtained the product logo licenses of API SPEC 7-1 (certificate No. 7-1-0625) and API Q1 (Certificate No. 0571), which are issued by American Petroleum Institute.
