Product Description

GSHP Mechanical Bar Screen with Hooks is used in urban sewage treatment plant, water plant, rainwater pump station and other inlet channels (wells) to automatically intercept and remove the floating debris in the water and ensure the normal operation of the next process.

 

 

 

FEATURES:

1. Because the grid of the rotary rake grille decontamination machine is placed in themiddle of the tooth rake traction chain (other mechanical grids are placed in themiddle of the traction chain) changing the direction of movement of the rake during the scavengingprocess (opposite to other grilles), to avoid bringing hard objects into the bottom to block the rake and the traction chain;

2. An overload safety protection device is installed on the sprocket at the output shaft end of the reducer to avoid damage to the equipment due to accidental overload;

3. Since the rotary chain of the grille machine is equipped with multiple decontamination tooth rakes, the decontamination effciency is high and thedecontamination is thorough;

4. Compact structure, simple electrical control, easy to realize automation.
