Principle: The working principle of the self-priming pump is to fill the pump casing with water before starting (or the pump casing has water inside itself). After starting, the impeller rotates at a high speed so that the water in the impeller channel flows to the volute, at which time a vacuum is formed at the entrance, so that the water inlet backstop opens and the air in the inlet pipe enters the pump and reaches the outer edge via the impeller channel.
