Product Description

A whole production line consist of :

 

  Horizontal Dough Mixer

  1) Mixing speed : inverter control.
  2) Capacity: 150-700 kgs.
  3) Tub thickness : 5 mm and 8 mm.
  4) Full 304 stainless steel.
  5) SEW/Chinese Brand motor and gearbox.

Vertical Mixer 300 L

1) Mixing capacity: 14-17 bags flour, one bag 25 kgs flour, dough about 300 L/batch.
2) Mixing time 15-35 minutes/batch.
3) Mixing speed: revolutions speed 150 R/min.

4) 304 Stainless steel Bowl, thickness 5 mm.
 

 

 

Dough Tipping and Cutting Conveyor

 

This system has included one small dough truck, automatic tipper, one dough cutting and transport machine, and soft dough conveyor belt.
