Welded gabion box are made of welded wire mesh that are connected by spring, with the ability to resist natural damage, corrosion and bad weather, widely used in river management, slope protection etc, and has long service life.

Material: iron wire, steel wire, etc.

Surface treatment: electrogalvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, heavy galvanized, plastic coating, pvc coated or Galfan, etc.

Production standard: Strictly follow the BS1052:1986 standard for welding and forming by the automated, precise and accurate mechanical equipment. And all our gabion products have passed ISO 9001:2008 certification.

The weight of zinc coating is different for different materials, which is meet the quality testing standard of EN10244-2:2001.

Normal Hot dipped galvanized material's zinc coating is 40-80g/,

Heavy galvanized material's zinc coating is 220-300g/,

Galfan material's zinc coating is 220-500g/,

 

We support customization of special galvanizing quantities, such as over 300g/, over 400g/, around 500g/, etc.

The tensile strength of different materials also varies, generally ranging from 350-550MPA, and even up to 800MPA, all meet the quality testing standard of EN ISO 6892-1:2016.
