The cam free rotary spring machine adopts a unique cam free and rocker arm free design, which is independently controlled by multiple sets of servo motors. Each workstation has a separate servo drive, and the curling function has a detachable installation function. It has a fast processing speed for angle and arc bending. The rotary system function solves the problem that the spring machine can rotate 360 degrees in both forward and reverse directions during the wire feeding process, achieving multi angle forming and cutting. In order to facilitate the completion of various types of spring samples and production as required, precision detection and tracking devices are installed during the working process, ensuring excellent spring quality.
