The semi-automatic tire assembly machine comprises a turntable and a frame, the turntable is provided with a number of stations for fixing the wheel hub, the frame extends to the station on the turntable, the frame is provided with a tire press device, which is characterized in that the turntable is driven by the driving mechanism for stepping rotation, and the station on the turntable is successively located directly below the tire press device, the tire press device includes a rotating press wheel, the wheel press device is a rotating press wheel. The frame is provided with a power mechanism to make the tire press device move along the arc. In order to realize the assembly inch of the tire, the one side part of the tire is first connected to the assembly groove of the wheel hub. Under the action of the power mechanism, the press wheel is rolled outward from the part of the tire and the wheel hub.
