Now, DVB-T analog repeater faces small coverage range, bad signal coverage quality and severe signal loss in the junction between sites. For this reason, Linncom Technology launched DVB-T digital fiber remote unit. After testing, it is an effective solution of the problems analog repeater brings.
DVB-T digital fiber remote unit consists of two parts: Dominate unit and remote unit. By adopting digital signal processing technology and converting radio signals into digital signals, it realizes subway control center signal super long-range coverage. The system can realize up to 12 remote units cascading. Advanced time delay compensation technology makes sure that each remote unit operates synchronously. The system has flexible network building structure.
1 Possessing all advantages of legacy digital fiber repeater. Supporting digital television, digital mobile phone television and various digital image transmission systems. Compliant with DVB-T and DMB-T standard.
2 Flexible network building: with diverse ports. Supporting cascade, chain, ring, daisy and mixed network structure. It will not affect the operation of remote unit when fibers are malfunctioning.
3 Fiber loop: When one remote unit is not working in chain-shaped network, the system automatically switch to backup loop and make no effect to other remote units.
4 Time delay adjustment: Automatic measurement of uplink and downlink time delay from BSM (Base Station Manager) to each remote unit. The time delay adjustment make sure that each remote unit transmit, receive and return in perfect synch.
5 Remote maintenance: Unified network monitoring system. with the built-in wireless MODEM or LAN module in Donor unit, the system realize wireless remote network management over Donor and remote unit.
6 Suitable for special environment, with good anti-humidity and anti-vibration performance.
7 Elimination of multi-path and same frequency interference, realizing stable signal transmission.
