Structure and working principle:
This machine is composed of peeling roller, fan, sifting and sorting. The structure is simple and compact, easy to operate, stable in performance, safe and reliable.
How it works: Cocoa beans are fed, and the material is fed evenly in the first hopper. It is peeled off by roll-off roller, and then it is dropped on the vibrating screen. The fan is sucked by the different size skin that the wind will take off. After storage, the dehulled cocoa beans are discharged through the material outlet. By adjusting the size of the wind and the size of the peeling gap, all peeled skins can be separated.
