Freeze drying  food as a mean of preservation has a long history.Drying can eliminate more than 95-99% of water, so that the dried product can be preserved for a long time without deterioration.

Application

Our drying capacity of the food freeze dryer is 4~2,000KG. The main application products are:

1. Vegetables: edible mushrooms, garlic slices, shallots, onions, green beans, peas, cucumbers, sweet corn kernels, carrot slices, spinach, asparagus, wild vegetables and so on.
