The Description:
Corundum free-flowing castable is a highly thixotropic mix that can flow and degasses by its own gravity, which is characterized by: Castable performance and low vibration cement series refractory castable similar or slightly better, no vibration equipment, no steel drilling or punching mold, so can reduce construction costs, no noise pollution and reduce labor intensity, castable substrate material quality is high, large amount, aggregate needs to be processed approximately circular and water absorption is small material, In this way, it can ensure its artesian flow, exhaust and density, but the material cost is slightly increased.
Dense corundum was used as coarse aggregate for corundum and high alumina art-flow refractory castable, and approximately spherical plate corundum was used as aggregate and fine powder for medium grain, electrofused white corundum was used as aggregate and fine powder, and ultrafine powder was added. CA-80 cement was used as binder and sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate and organic water reducer were added respectively.
A free-flowing castable is a castable refractory that flows and degasses without vibration (see refractory castable). Under the condition of not reducing or not significantly reducing the performance of castable, appropriate water can be poured into various shapes of construction without vibration. The free-flowing castable is especially suitable for parts with thin walls or complex shapes that cannot be vibrationally formed.
Self-flowing castable is a material that can flow and degassing by its own gravity, the particles of self-flowing castable are round and approximately spherical, the large particles are 5mm, and occasionally there will be 8mm, so the water absorption is small and easy to flow.
The amount of water added during the construction of free-flowing material is relatively large, and the amount of water added will fill the dispersed ultrafine powder and improve the thixotropy, so that the castable can increase the free flow. The use of castable parts is the kiln lining is thin or difficult to repair the use of parts.
