Product Description

Choke manifold is the necessary equipment to control well kick and implement pressure control technology of oil and gas wells. When the BOP is closed, the choke valve is used to control the casing pressure to maintain the bottom hole pressure slightly greater than the formation pressure, and to prevent further formation fluid flow into the well. In addition, choke manifold can be used to relieve pressure to achieve soft shut-in.

Choke manifold is the supporting device of hydraulic BOP, which is the main equipment to control blowout and pressure of oil and gas well. Through the choking effect of choke valve, the well killing operation is carried out to replace the contaminated mud in the well. Meanwhile, the wellhead casing pressure and riser pressure are controlled to restore the pressure control of mud liquid column on the bottom of the well and prevent overflow. Through the pressure relief function of choke valve, the wellhead pressure can be reduced and "soft shut-in" can be achieved. The wellhead casing pressure can be reduced and the wellhead blowout preventer group can be protected through a large amount of relief effect of blowout valve.

You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-25days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?

A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?

A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
