Quality Control Process

1. In-production Inspection. The coating of the materials must be inspected strictly one by one to make sure all coatings are even and no defects. The thickness and weights of the coating must be sampled and measured every 10mins to make sure the consistency of the finished coatings.


2. Charge-discharge inspection, voltage, capacity, internal impedance, dropout voltage, high-low temperature testing, etc. must be conducted before shipping out. If the products were kept in the warehouse for over 3 months, a re-inspection must be conducted before shipping out.

3. Also we must conduct long-term testing such as cycling tests, capacity tests, as well as other safety tests such as drop tests, puncture tests, squeezing tests, short circuit tests and heating tests, etc. to make sure our products are totally safe.

4. After battery cells are assembled, tests and inspections must be conducted again to monitor charging and discharging parameters.

5. We are a professional lithium-ion battery producer, we provide standard UN export packages to ensure our packaging is suitable for long-distance sea and air transport.
