Product Description

The automatic syringe assembly machine is specially designed for the production of medical syringes. The whole process is highly automated. Touch screen PLC operation panel with automatic finished product counting system, the machine is easy to operate and has high efficiency, low noise, stable running. It meets the requirements for all kinds of syringe production.
Machines of these are with various types 1 ,2 ,3 ,5 ,10 ,20ml, and many products, such as popular type, screw thread, twin set, inclined needle etc. are all could be assembled with this machine.
 

 

Our Syringe Assembling Machine adopts LCD display to display the feeding speed, and can adjust the assembly speed separately, with electronic counting. High efficiency, low power consumption, easy maintenance, stable operation, low noise, suitable for the GMP workshop.

It adopts microcomputer control and Panasonic frequency converter for speed regulation, with small power consumption, photoelectric monitoring, automatic stop without material, fast assembly speed and stable and reliable performance. It can automatically inspect unqualified products, semi-blocked needles and products without silicone oil spray, greatly improving product quality. 2. The contact parts between the equipment and the product are made of (304) stainless steel, and other parts are protected by corrosion, the equipment will not pollute products and clean areas.
