HTW-PICV01 Series Pressure Independent Control Valve (PICV) serves the crucial function of precisely regulating and maintaining a constant flow rate within a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. Unlike traditional control valves, a PICV can automatically adjust to changes in system pressure, ensuring a consistent flow regardless of fluctuations in differential pressure.  

It is to provide accurate and stable flow regulation, regardless of variations in system pressure, contributing to the efficiency, reliability, and  performance of HVAC systems.  The valve HTW-PICV01 is additionally equipped with 2 pressure test points (P+, P-), which allow measurement of the total differential pressure across the valve.
