Henan Coal Scientific Research Institute Co., Ltd (the former Henan Coal Scientific Research Institute), was established in March 1979 and affiliated with the National Ministry of Coal Industry. In 1999, it was devolved to provincial governments of Henan Province with the approval of the State Council.
