The scope of application
Core component display
The use of food grade material mesh belt, anti-slip wear-resistant, the whole mesh belt is easy to clean.
304 stainless steel housing built-in Siemens inverter can adjust the conveyor belt speed, and has a self-protection system,when the current and voltage are abnormal, the machine automatically stops and displays the fault code to avoid burning out electrical parts and motors.The waterproof index of the stainless steel case is up to IP56.
All buttons are made by LG, a Korean brand with a long service life and a one-year warranty.
The part of the net belt adopts quick disassembly device, the handle design conforms to human mechanics, and the disassembly is simple and convenient.
Net with nine mesh, intercept is 6mm, wire diameter 1.6mm, smooth operation without stalling, very strong and durable will not appear deformation.
The whole body is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, and a protective cover is designed to protect the machine and the mesh belt. The handle is provided on the protective cover to facilitate opening and closing.
The use of food grade PE bracket avoids the phenomenon of black friction between metal bracket and mesh belt, which is more beautiful and durable than metal bracket.
