The mud pump piston assembly is one of the main parts of the hydraulic end system of the mud pump. The discharge pressure of the mud pump is generated by reciprocating linear motion of the piston assembly in the piston. Piston assembly by the piston core, rubber, spring, pressure plate, etc. 

Our bonded urethane piston greatly extends service life in triple pumps with plenty of water,cooling stiffer, denser polyurethane structure provides superior abrasion resistance.The fluid that provides the best service life in harsh drilling conditions, it is interchangeable with the piston replace rubber.It eliminates the need for a piston and liner rubber construction is exceptionally resistant to chemicals and oil-based drilling mud varying aniline point. We offer a full line of piston replacements including piston hubs, plates, snap rings and renewable
rubbers.

If you don't have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company; or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
