1) It has a high frequency response function equivalent to an electro-hydraulic servo valve.
2) Directly drive the spool with a high output proportional solenoid valve.
3) Small feedback by the differential transformer accurately determines the position of the spool.
4) When the power of the amplifier is turned off or the wiring is disconnected, it returns to the position of the full port area. (failure insurance function)
