Functional description
Rewinding unit

1.3 inch slipping friction air shaft to ensure the rewinding tension stable

2.Full width pressing rollers with pneumatic control to ensure the finished roll surface keep smooth
3.Anti stati remove brush for both up and down rewinding press roller
4.Small individual assistant press roller specially designed for the individual roll which not average thickness
5.Laser position light helps to set cores easily and quickly, begin next run with very short downtime.
6.Automatic tension control to ensure the rewinding tension stable and operation and set easily.

Unwinding unit

1.3 inch and 6 inch shaftless unwinding system, easily change the jumbo roll
2.Magnetic brake with load cell close loop system for unwind automatic tension control

3.Hydraulic lifting system to help the operator loading the jumbo roll max. 1 ton from floor;
4.Back control button & screen display,make the operator easily control the slitter at back side

A: We have been in this field for more than 13 years.Since 2010 our company established till now, it's around 13 years. We focus on slitter/rewinder/converting machines,focus in slitting machine and packing industry from the beginning we establish.

Q: How many slitter rewinder do you sell per year?

A: We sell about 50-80 pcs all kinds slitter rewinders each year, from the last 13 years, we have been sold more than hundreds of slitter rewinders around the world,we have rich experience and are very professional in slitter rewinder industry.

Q: What does your factory do regards quality control?

A: We pay high attention to quality control from very beginning to the very end, fully check and test before shipment. We suggest our customer prepare enough material to make test in our factory to ensure the quality of the machine before shipment.

Q: Where is your factory loacted and how can I visit there?

A: Our Film/Paper/Laminates Material Slitter Rewinder factory is located at Hangzhou, China. You can fly to Hangzhou Airport Directly or take fast train from Shanghai.We will arrange to pick you up from train station or airport.
Our thermal paper slitter rewinder factory is located at Shanghai,it takes around 1 and half hour from Pu Dong(PVG) air port, we can arrange to pick you up from airport or train station.
