Structure and classification
The multi-layer fabric core conveyor belt is made of all cotton canvas (CC) or Uygur cotton interwoven impregnated canvas (VC) by calendering, molding, vulcanization and other processes.
Multi-ply fabric conveyor belt can be divided into cotton canvas (CC) conveyor belt, Nylon (NN) conveyor belt and Polyester (EP) conveyor belt according to different tensile layer materials
(1).Cotton canvas (CC) conveyor belt: A traditional conveyor belt, suitable for medium and short distance conveying materials.
(2) .Nylon (NN) conveyor belt: good elasticity, high strength, impact resistance, bending resistance, good flexibility, good grooving performance, small elongation, It is suitable for medium and long distance, high load and high speed conveying materials.
(3).Polyester (EP) conveyor belt: high modulus, small elongation, good heat resistance, impact resistance, It is suitable for medium and long distance, high load and high speed conveying materials.

2.Features:
Nylon conveyor belt and EP conveyor belt are also called high strength conveyor belt because of their high strength of framework materials.
