[ Introduction ]
Rose hips are fleshy berries that develop from the receptacle after the rose flower withers. Rose hips have the highest vitamin C content. After testing, the VC content of the edible part of fresh fruit per 100 grams is more than 6810 mg, and the highest is 8300 mg.
