Features and functions:
1. The expansion coefficient of zinc oxide is low. It is used in the production process of ceramic products and has good effects of high thermal vibration and mechanical vibration.
2. Large specific surface area and strong covering power, which can well solve the influence of the color of the primer on the surface color of ceramic products.
3. The content of iron element is small, when used as the raw material of color glaze, the color difference of ceramic products is small, and it has a good finish.
The use of zinc oxide in the glaze has a strong melting effect, can reduce the expansion coefficient of the glaze, improve the thermal stability of the product, while increasing the glaze gloss and whiteness, improve the strength of the glaze.
