INDICATIONS
Toltesetron hydrochloride for injection, indicated for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy. For post-surgical nausea and vomiting.

Adverse reactions
The most commonly reported adverse reaction was constipation (11%) from a 5mg application, and these were more common in chronic metabolizers than in normal metabolizers. Other common adverse reactions include headache, dizziness, constipation, vertigo, fatigue and gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal pain and diarrhoea.
