INDICATIONS
Sulbenicillin sodium for injection is mainly suitable for pneumonia, urinary tract infection, complex skin and soft tissue caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, some Proteus species and other sensitive Gram-negative bacteria that are sensitive to this product Infections and sepsis, etc. For abdominal infection and pelvic infection caused by sensitive bacteria of this product, it should be used in combination with anti-anaerobic bacteria drugs.
Adverse reactions
1. Allergic reactions are more common, including rash, fever, etc.; anaphylactic shock is rare, once it occurs, it must be rescued on the spot, such as keeping the airway unobstructed, inhaling oxygen, and administering epinephrine, glucocorticoids and other treatment measures;
2. Gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting;
3. Laboratory abnormalities include leukopenia or neutropenia, and transient increases in serum transaminases.
