Vertical self-adhesive labeling machine for round bottles

It is suitable for labeling the circumference of round bottles. It can be single-label or double-label. The distance between the front and back double labels can be flexibly adjusted. For example, it can be used for labeling round bottles of gel water and round food cans. It is widely used in the cosmetics, food, medicine, disinfectant and other industries. The optional circumference positioning detection device can be used to label at the specified position on the circumference. The optional ribbon printer and inkjet printer can be used to print the production date and batch number information on the label, realizing the integration of labeling and inkjet.

Working process:

Core working principle: put the product on the conveyor belt and enter the bottle separation mechanism. After the bottle separation mechanism separates the product, the sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the label and attach it to the product to be labeled. At the same time, the label is covered, and the attachment action of a label is completed.

Operation process: put the product conveyor belt (can be connected to the assembly line) -> product delivery -> product separation -> product detection -> product positioning -> labeling and covering -> collecting labeled products.
