Composite wood door is the most popular door because of its stable structure and competitive price. Composite stile and rail doors are composed of separate stiles, rails, and panels which are assembled with traditional mortise and tenon joinery.

Our composite panel doors are available in various designs and wood species and are both stainable and paintable.

2. Packing and shipping
 
Put U-shape protectors on the edges
Wrap the doors by EPE foam
Put a piece of cystosepiment onto the EPE foam and fix with the door by sticky tape
Door will be packed by 4mm carton and taped outside. The carton label will be affixed to the side of the carton
The packed door will be put onto pallet vertically side by side
The pallet will be fixed by plastic strip. And put the pallets into the container placidly
