Product Introduction of High Alumina Brick:
High alumina brick refers to refractory products with Al₂O₃ content higher than 48%. It is made of bauxite or other raw materials of high alumina content. The refractoriness of high alumina brick can be more than  1770ºC.

According to the content of Al₂O₃, high alumina bricks are usually divided into three grades: Grade I──Al₂O₃ content>75%; Grade II──Al₂O₃ content is 60~75%; Grade III──Al₂O₃ content is 48~60%.

Application of High Alumina Brick:
High alumina bricks are mainly used for lining blast furnaces, hot blast furnace, electric furnace roofs, blast furnaces, reverberatory furnaces, and rotary kilns.

Henan Fireramo Industrial Co.,Ltd. is located in Songlou Industrial Zone, Xinmi City, Henan Province, China, which is one of the largest refractory base in China. The factory of us covers an area of 108,000 Square Meters with more than 1 billion RMB fixed assets. Capacity 

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

Q1 : Do you provide free samples?
A1 : Yes, free samples can be provided, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost. 
Q2 : How can you control your quality?
A2 : We have professional QC system for the chemical composition and physical properties. All the products will be tested before delivery.
Q3 : What is your payments terms?
A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms. 
Q4 : Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A4 : We are a manufacture and our factory was established in 1998.
Q5 : What standards can you meet?
A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM, JIS, DIN standards. The third party test is acceptable.
