Product Introduction:
Fire clay mortar is prepared by uniformly mixing clay clinker, soft clay and binder with a certain particle size. It is mainly used for masonry of various kiln clay bricks. Generally, the refractoriness is 1580~1670ºC.

Application:
It can be widely used in all kinds of industrial kiln built with clay brick. For example, it is used for laying furnace top, regenerator, combustion chamber, etc., for the body of blast furnace, etc., and it can also be used for repairing the wall of industrial kiln.

Capacity 
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.

A3 : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.

A5 : We can meet GB, ASTM,JIS,DIN standards.
