Pendingin screw menghilangkan penggunaan sebuah cara untuk mendinginkan produk secara cepat dan higienis dengan cara penggunaan agitasi udara di air dingin atau air dengan serpihan es.
Pendingin mudah dibersihkan dan dibangun sesuai dengan prinsip counter flow yang digunakan untuk percepatan perpindahan panas.
Semilunya suhu tubuh unggas di bawah 8 0, oleh air pendingin ( 4) atau angin dingin untuk mengurangi dan menekan kembali bakteri, juga menghemat energi.
Peralatan pendingin di dalam proses pendinginan:
Mesin penimbangan otomatis, hhiller spiral, menurunkan drum air, konveyor rantai atas di ruang pendingin, konveyor sabuk, dll.
