Most European countries, like Russia, Ukraine, Britain, Poland, Romania and Yugoslavia etc if you intend to send flowers, number must be singular because the bouquets of double Numbers are sent to the funeral. If you want to send flowers to your hostess, or celebrate birthdays or other special holidays, don't send yellow flowers or white lilies, because they are for funerals. But pay attention 13 is not a lucky number.
