Construction:

    1. Frame: High-quality extruded aluminum alloy(A6063) profile with 30mm flange as standard.

    2. Blades: Aerofoil blades at 45° from aluminum profile 

    3. Bar spacing: 35mm as standard

    4. Support pipe: 8mm diameter aluminum pipe

 

Description:

    1. Fresh air louver is composed of a frame and horizontal blades assembly, manufactured from high quality extruded aluminum profiled construction with advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.

    2. Blades are set at an angle of 45° with 30mm spacing and fixed to the inner frame by rivets and support pipes.

    3. The total structure is weatherproofed and blades are inclined downwards to protect against rainwater.

    4. The structure provides around 45% effective pressure area.

Surface Finish:

    1. Powder coated color finish as per RAL color
