this machine including two parts : 5XFZ-25 Air screen cleaner with gravity table and  5XFJ-10 Vbration grader

•The raw grain go to machine by elevator,first go through the vertical air screen cleaner which will remove the dust and light impurities ;

•Then the grain will go to the small vibration box which got two layers can remove the big and small impurities;

•After that the grain will go to the gravity table which can remove the small sticks,lighted,moldy and insected grain;

•Finally it will go to the half back sieves which can remove the big and small impurities again.

The Vibration grader is got 4 layer sieves inside it,and which can use for remove the big and small impurities and grade the grain in different size.
The hole size in the sieves will customize based on the different grain
