A-ZEN is a yarn-warping machine factory in China. It is an automatic high-speed warping machine with creel. It can warp cotton yarn and elastic yarn. It can suit beam sizes Φ21*21", Φ21*30", Φ40*21", and Φ30*42". It adopts the full computer real-time online monitoring and copying function to control real-time constant tension. The asynchronous servo controls the tension deviation of the yarn bobbin size to ensure that the yarn tension fluctuation is small. The consistency of the same group of pan heads is high which can greatly save raw materials.

Manufacturing Factories:

 

We have four workshops, two of them are warp knitting machines and warping machines workshops, and another two are fabric production mill and spare parts manufacture workshops separately.

Most of our newly developed machines will be used in our fabric knitting factory for a profound test, after which, we will promote into the market.

Spare parts such as compound needle bed, tongue needle bed, needle guide bar, sinker bed, and latch needle bed are produced in our CNC machines, the bars or beds used on Chinese and German warp knitting machines.
