Melting point: -49°C, Boiling point:240-243°C, Refractive index:1.4189 (20 °C) Viscosity:2.5mPas, miscible with ethyl ether, acetone, benzene, ethyl acetate and many more. Propylene carbonate dissolved in water and carbon tetrachloride, which is an excellent polar solvent.
