Our product development team has decades of experience developing the highest quality wheels in the industry. Our team is made up of professional mechanical engineers who take no shortcuts in the product development process. With a thorough understanding of vehicle dynamics, OEM load ratings and materials science, our team has the necessary skills to not only design amazing wheels, but also wheels that are safe and designed to be preformed.
We take full advantage of the great talent of our engineers to take full control of the quality of the wheels at every stage of the manufacturing process. Each wheelset goes through a rigorous design and engineering process; Doing so ensures a precise end product that meets all the dynamic needs of a customer′s vehicle, while incorporating their personal taste, from fit and configuration to finish. At this stage, each wheelset goes through a full Finite Element Analysis (FEA) considering kerb weight, dynamic cornering fatigue, dynamic radial fatigue and simulated shock testing according to SAE, JWL and VIA standards. Once completed and verified by our engineers, the final model is sent to programming for lathe profiling and milling operations.
