Tongxing is carburetor manufacturer, located in Ruian, Zhejiang, established by a professional team, who has focus on the motorcycle carburetor manufacturing for 12 years.
In 1999, tongxing was established. At the same year, we started to develop the first carburetor, for our domestic market. When being input to the market, we got great success with fine quality. Today we have varieties of carburetors with excellent quality and reasonable price, which will help you push to the market.
How does a fuel pump be produced in tongxing factory?
All phases during the course of production are controlled effectively by tongxing, including:
* Mold design & manufacturing
* Research & development
* Machining and assembling
* Quality Inspection
* After-sales service

How does a carburetor work?
The goal of a carburetor is to mix just the right amount of gasoline with air so that the engine runs properly. If there is not enough fuel mixed with the air, the engine "runs lean" and either will not run or potentially damages the engine. If there is too much fuel mixed with the air, the engine "runs rich" and either will not run (it floods), runs very smoky, runs poorly (bogs down, stalls easily), or at the very least wastes fuel. The carb is in charge of getting the mixture just right.
