Stack Rack
The stack rack is divided into fixed type and detachable type. The fixed one is firm and durable, and not detachable. And the detachable one consists of 1 pedestal and 4 uprights, which pedestal is made by welding square tubes.
It is widly used inIndustrial warehouse, laigh old-fashioned warehouse or temporary storage area of workshop and other areas, as well as enterprise warehouse, wharf, freight yard, railway station. It is suitable for classified storage and safekeeping of small pieces and bulk items in cases and in bulk.
Stack Rack Feature:
1. Make full use of limited space
2. High warehouse utilization rate
3. Can be stacked for 5 layers at most, with the load bearing greater than 5, 000kg.
4. Can be inserted each other or nestable when not in use which can save space
This design nests 6 to 7 units when empty for shipping and storage, but is stackable when in use
5. The rear posts are inset which provides a stop for your forklift drive to know when the load is positioned correctly in the rack
6. Fork lift drivers can move multiple pallet positions at one time which decreases handling costs

7) Loading capacity of each layers;
8)The quantity you need;
9) Drawing (if is available).
Container load: 10-15 ton per 1x20'container, 20-25 ton per 1x40 container
